Secured further 2 buildings x 10,000 sq/ft on the same site

Acquired Nylonic Engineering and moved into same site

Acquired Vetco Gray

Based in Douglas South Lanarkshire 60,000sq/ft

Acquired Lamberton & Co Coatbridge

& free hold on entire 6.5 acre site

Acquired Harker’s Engineering in Stockton on Tees 65 employees

Acquired Machine Control Engineers

Disposed of MCE to KONE Crane in 2013

Torishima Pumps acquired major shareholding of KRG

KRG acquired by Proserv UK Ltd

KRG carved out of Proserv and acquired by GIL Investments
